Never heard of sola wood flowers? Sola wood flowers are made from the bark of a tapioca plant. The material feels a bit like foam, but is actually wood! These flowers are realistic and gorgeous, but never wilt. Best of both worlds! Plus, I can dye them any color you want! These flowers are wonderful for weddings, home decor, a pick-me-up gift for a friend, and more.

What are Sola Wood Flowers?
Sola Wood Flowers are flowers carved out of the bark of a tapioca plant. They are beautifully realistic, delicate, and customizable. These flowers are fragile and must be handled carefully. With how rough the mail is, sometimes they arrive with a small amount of damage. In these cases, I am more than happy to assist with a replacement/repair!
How do I care for my arrangement/bouquet?
Store/display in a cool, dry area away from direct moisture or sunlight. If it needs to be dusted, use a hairdryer on low or canned air from 12" away.
Please note, if preserved filler/greenery or wood flowers are allowed to become wet or soaked by being used in the rain, the color may transfer to some materials or color your hands. It is not recommended to use these items in rainy weather.
Do you accept returns?
I reserve the right to refuse a return in any and all situations. In most situations I do not allow them, however there are a select few. If you have a situation that you feel warrants a return, please contact me and I will be happy to discuss it. I do not accept returns for items that have already been used, and the customer will be charged for any loss in value even if the item is unused. Custom orders/changes by custom request will not be accepted for return. **A restocking fee of up to 25% may be charged on any return or cancellation I do accept. The customer may also be responsible for shipping charges.**
Do you offer gift notes?
I do offer gift notes but they MUST be selected and typed in the proper box at checkout. If you leave a gift note in a message or a different note box, it will NOT be included. Due to our volume of orders, this procedure must be followed.

Custom and personalized orders
Personalization requests submitted through the order notes without first contacting me are not guaranteed. Please message me first as your request may change the pricing of the item!
Shipping Method
We use the USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Postal Service) for all of our packages and reserve the right to use ANY method/speed of transportation deemed a good fit unless a specified upgrade has been paid for.
If you provide an address that cannot receive UPS shipments, you may be charged for the cost difference.
Shipping Dates/Early Shipping
I do not guarantee my ability to ship an item out early unless we discuss it before or after the order is placed. We do offer rush processing - please message for details.
The delivery date estimated by Etsy is just that, an estimate. This can change due to widespread mail delays that are common around the holidays. Please feel free to message us with any order specific questions.
There are infrequent days that mail does not run or update due to the weather in my area. Please keep this in mind if you see a delay during the winter time. :)
Problem with an Order
If you have an issue with one of the items in your order, please contact me within 3 days of delivery. Items must be returned by 1 week after delivery and it also MUST be before your needed-by date.
Insufficient/Incorrect Address Information
If your package is returned to us stating the reason of insufficient address or unable to return, the customer will be responsible for the second set of shipping costs. Please give us all information pertaining to address when the order is placed.
